There’s Something In The Rooms…

And no, it’s not the dirty laundry that’s already piled up since we last washed. Nor is it hubby’s torn FHM magazine pages that Svet likes to munch on for dessert everytime she manages to grab a hold of them. InTheRooms is a Wiki database (a very accurate and complete one, at that) consisting of the most current Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings, Gamblers Anonymous (GA) meetings and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings. Useful resource (if only they have WAHMaholics Anonymous. Now there’s a brilliant idea!) for managing said meetings online. With what the frenzied hurly burly of life, that Wiki is a great idea.

Honestly though, I’ve never been in any one of those InTheRooms Meetings (and not holding my breath for the day that I will be), but I will sure as hell be sending hubby in one of those NA meetings if he doesn’t stop his unhealthy (not only for him but for me and Svet as well) vice. Never mind the schedule. I’m sure the database has convenient meeting times somewhere near us. I’m sure hubby will try to persuade me with one of his “I-hate-leaving-Svet” tactics, but he will not have an excuse for not going this time. Oh, I can’t wait to go find a schedule.
