At first glance, you’d think this was a recipe blog, judging by the number of saliva-summoning food pictures posted on the site. But Makoy’s Snapshots is more than just that. It’s pieces of his daily life in Singapore, framed in digital form. A visit in his blog will let you experience the beauty of the place in the comfort of your own home, Singapore’s delicious dishes that Makoy loves, occasional pictures of him and his friends, and just everyday things that he sees while living and working there. It’s an interesting and educational photoblog, especially if you are planning to go the place to work or even just to take a vacation. I’m no professional photographer but I like his angles when taking his shots. Ordinary objects seem more interesting. Somehow, they’re not just pictures but life captured in a moment. For a photoblog, it loads quite fast, even with the graphics on the sidebar, and that’s a great thing.
