When People Are Not What They Seem

in Blogaholic

It’s a good thing, actually, in this article’s case. I see Jed Chan’s name on Jan’s and Fedhz’ Twitter timelines and blogs but have never actually visited the man’s site. In the back of my mind, he’s this super serious, very mature-minded guy who kind of looks like a close friend (minus the glasses) and who tweets about sensible stuff (unlike me. :haha: ). Mature to me equals age. Thirty-ish, in Jed’s case. Although I’ve always wondered why he looks so young in his profile picture. Well, the wondering stopped today when I dropped by his blog.

He looks so young, because he is young. Nine months younger than I am, in fact. Damn, why am I older than almost everybody these days?? And he is already general manager of a local automotive dealer. I suddenly feel 3,500 years old and very unaccomplished. But then, I also read that he is afraid of big spiders and flying cockroaches so I think welcome to the club buddy. (Is your girlfriend’s name still Lalaine? ) His site somehow disorientates me, as I am used to content on the left and sidebars on the right. Hee hee. But hey, it’s chock-full of information about entrepreneurship and business management (something that this blog ought to contain, considering I major in business management. But it doesn’t, so please read Jed’s blog instead. ) and everything that you certainly won’t find here  .

I’m here! don’t worry, I’m a lot older than you. I can probably be you mother if I had a baby early!

Anyhoo, I was trying to grab your new wahmaholic button but it doesn’t seem to work at my http://www.wonderwifey.com site. now I lost it altogether =(
