Now I would like to pass this to the following people who make me happy as well, starting with the Marce Club:
And these great bloggers as well:
I loove
how Anna’s Blogger blog (I Love Darly!) turned out after some time of working on it. The extra big header is a risk I took, I didn’t know how Anna was going to react to it so I was hugely relieved when she liked loved it! Of course, the little details are still present (as with all the layouts I have done so far), and is something that you have to see for yourself as the screenshot (below) doesn’t do it any justice. I’m going to stop yapping now and let Anna’s brand spanking new layout do the talking! Click the screencap of her header below to land on the page. Please leave the girl some loving and let her us know what you think!
So this time around it’s not about the punk rock band anymore, the Green Police is what their name claims – they are an environment task force in the United States composed of law enforcement people tasked to firmly regulate emissions that are harmful to the environment. There is also the United Kingdom’s version of the Green Police, called to enforce the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) which aims to reduce businesses’ contribution to climate change. This is a big step for the environment, as climate change is already recognized as a major environmental problem worldwide.
In particular is the New York City Green Police, consisting of twenty dedicated officers of the state, who make sure that no one violates the environmental regulations set by the city, and they are in charge of water and air protection. They have the devices necessary to ensure that an individual is not in violation of the said regulations, so if you are in the NYC area, you better watch where you dispose your garbage and make sure your vehicle emission is on the norm. Why there aren’t a lot more of them, I can only make a wild guess, but let us show support to these heroes by not contributing further to the rapid increase in global average temperatures. After all, what happens to Mother Nature not only affects them. It affects us all.
Mommy Mylene of Online Mommy’s Corner recently hosted a Thanksgiving Contest where Mommy Mel snagged the top prize, which includes a new domain and hosting, plus a WordPress layout sponsored by moi. Mommy Mel picked ProsperityMelandria.com as her new site (baby blog, by the way), and I made this design for her below. Click on the screenshot to view it live and visit Mommy Mel’s new site! There’s not a lot to see (yet) , as this is a new blog, but feel free to follow her to be informed of site updates!
