We went out today with plans of going to the park so that Svet and Elijah could play and so that we could do the grocery shopping. What happened instead was we just ate out and did the groceries, and it’s all because of the rain. The kids still enjoyed the day out (they sure know how to have fun no matter where they are, but at the expense of leaving us harried), but it would’ve been more fun if they were able to play in the park playground. Searching for life insurance online is a lot more fun these days than going out and finding yourself soaking wet from the rain and cold to the bones. These days are when I appreciate the warmth of the inside of our house more. The cold can really be unbearable while the rain is pouring.
