Not So Addicted Anymore

Ever since Paulie became focused on making vectors, he is spending less and less time playing Counterstrike. Hallelujah! It’s a miracle that I’ve been waiting for, next to the even bigger miracle of him quitting smoking. It’s okay to play, I mean we do after all need a break from life from time to time. But too much of anything is bad, and with Paulie he lacks the discipline to quit a game he’s playing once he sits in front of it. So imagine my relief when I see his monitor always opened on the Illustrator program and he is in the middle of doing a vector.

Of course it’s a different story if he was addicted to WoW (World of Warcraft) and he has wow accounts for sale that we get some money from. He played WoW before but not so addicted as to actually buy wow account from people online. If that happened he would’ve been dead by now (killed by me, of course. LOL). A cousin’s friend is actually doing that as a sideline, and a lot of people buy wow accounts from him so he has enough money to support himself through school. It would be great, playing while earning, but sadly, that’s not the case with Paulie. I’m just glad that he is able to resist Counterstrike more now, although he still plays the game with Svet from time to time.
