My sister Phoebe is doing good in her online work. She already has regular income from her writing jobs. Not much yet, but the important thing is, it’s regular. She is also active in joining contests. Hopefully, my sister will win this particular contest that we’ve been waiting for for three months now. They will announce the winners at the end of the month and as far as I can tell, she is the highest pointer.
If ever she wins, we are planning to have a small sari-sari store because there are only two in our place and both of them are far away. If ever she’ll win, we’ll use the money for capital. I hope there comes a day when we’ll finally need a barcode scanner to operate the store. Hey, a girl can dream, right?
We already have business plans but it’s really hard to make it happen if there is no enough cash on hand. I pray that our plan pushes through. And if that happens, we will be able to help our mom finance our younger sister’s allowance and tuition fee.
