My sister Ayie is getting bigger, and has trouble fitting in her pants and shorts, and has started to look for the best weight loss pills around. As some of you may know, she has an online shop, and it’s where she interacts with a lot of other local sellers.
She told me that she’s planning to buy this China-made diet pills that is said to be effective after your first bottle intake. I’m not against it since she wouldn’t know how effective it is until she tries, but I still think that the most effective way to go on a diet is to eat healthy and exercise daily.
I wish her good luck in losing weight, something that I may soon have to do myself, as I too, seem to be gaining weight as well.

i saw ayie’s pics sa fb and she has gain a lot of weight, its normal for breastfeeding mom I guess:) but eventually, she’ll lose it..
