I don’t know if I have mentioned this before in this blog, but my mom and dad separated when I was in high school. My dad is already old and we want him to live with us but right now, it’s still too complicated a situation for us to be granted that wish. My sister Ayie is always telling how badly she misses our dad and as much as I miss him too, I can do nothing about it at the moment.
My birthday is nearing and my nephew Elijah is turning two next month. We wish to celebrate it with our dad. He is old and sick at the same time so I don’t think he can travel that far. He is under medication now and I am have looked at dead sea minerals products and I think it would be good for him to try.
He wasn’t the greatest dad to us, but he’s still our dad, and I hope that someday we’ll be able to take care of him.

I share your dilemma. kahit siguro gaano ka sama o hindi naging mabuting ama ang ating mga ama sa atin, ama pa rin natin sila..
maybe it works that way, but not in my case. never get to meet him, and I am not excited to meet him.

I never got to meet my real dad, its nice that you know him, sana you will have time to bond with each other.
