New Design: The Trucker Wife

When Brittany approached me with an idea for her header design, I was pleased at how detailed she was with her instructions. I prefer that over a vague “Oh, just whatever you feel would be right  for my site”, because the latter almost always ends up with tons of unbelievable revisions which we shouldn’t have been doing in the first place if the client had been clear with what she wants. But I digress (and rant).

So I looked for Britanny’s vision in graphics, but alas, can’t seem to find the perfect ones for her. I suggested to let Vector Dad (Paulie) draw her header instead, so we can achieve everything she wants and more. I’m glad she gave me the go signal, and a couple of days later we arrived at this:

Paulie was pretty impressed with the type of truck that Brittany’s husband drives (he knows a lot about trucks, too bad we don’t own one. LOL), and when he told me it’s the same truck that Optimus Prime (yes, the Transformers character) transforms into, I was equally awed. Obviously we both had fun making this project for Brittany, and I’m sure (based on her feedback), that she loved the end results as well.
